Right now attachments can only be added to the main overview text box, this really limits the use of custom fields rich text boxes to basically text based information, unless you go long winded and upload images to server and then add in images bbcodes.
It would be good if you could upload attachments and than on any of the custom fields using rich text box mode you press a button/link to be able to insert inline any of the attachments, much in the same way that XMG lets you insert any media into a post.
This will make the resource system far more flexible in terms of what it can be used for and make it far better for the end users to be able to add images.
Other things to keep in mind would be letting admin pick if a custom field in rich text box mode can have attachments inserted into them, when making the fields.
