XF 2.0 Urgent! Error upgrading from XF 1.5.21 to XF 2.09

I get this message:

Oops! We ran into some problems.

It won't proceed past that point and I cannot access the AdminCP. Forum shows only a blank page.

I have submitted a support ticket but I have no idea whether there is anyone there currently to reply.

What can I do to resolve this?

They were probably referring to the Cookies help page.

You’d need to look at the database directly.

This isn't your live XF2 upgrade though, right? This is just a test upgrade which is what is generally recommended before doing a major upgrade?

The ideal solution would be to go back to 1.5 in your test environment and check the status of help pages there.

I've asked @Slavik to look at the ticket ASAP.

If he hasn't already asked, please add cPanel login details or access details for something like PhpMyAdmin to the ticket.
