XF 1.2 Uploading Files Problem

A number of my members have had issues when trying to upload files to my forum this morning.
I haven't seen this before and suspect that it maybe an issue with the host.

Here is one of the error messages

Hi Mike,

Hosts have confirmed that they were doing 'some emergency maintenance' and had to set the files system to read only.
