XF 1.5 Upgrade 1.5.10 to 1.5.10a, Rebuild Master Data

No option to update. Instead given an option to "Rebuild Master Data."

I went ahead and rebuilt the master data. Hope this was the correct choice. @CarpCharacin asked the same question here.

You don't need to but it doesn't hurt too. Just uploading the files is fine.

You just need to upload the files. There's no full upgrade. Rebuilding the master data should never hurt (and in this case, may help ensure the JS files are recached by browsers).
