XF 2.1 Accidentally run "Rebuild Master Data" :-(

Due to lack of sleep :-(.

I accidentally run "Rebuild Master Data" BUT on a Devsite URL (devsite.domain.com) with old PHP files (xf 2.1.0 files).
But the /devsite/src/config.php was pointed to my Live Database which is already running XF 2.1.3.
I guess I rsync this folder way back February (when live site still on 2.1.0) from my Live site folder.

Rebuild didn't finish as the Database maybe has not expected data/table from 2.1.0 upgrade/rebuild script.

I check right away my Live Forum admin panel, and saw few error logs and few outdated templates.
I deleted all server error log immediately and just open each outdated template then just hit save button.
No more error after that on the Live Site though.

But I'm very worried, maybe something has messed up?
What else I need to double check?

Also I double check and did compare my old Style XML to the new one and all are Identical.

I've download the latest XF 2.1.3 zip also and uploaded to the Live Site, then run again the Rebuild Master Data (it finish well).

Restoring a 1 day old backup / losing 10k+ post is not an option for me.

I did compare my 1 day old backup to the latest Database.
Seems most are AUTO_INCREMENT=1 value.
