Fixed "Update your status...." textarea not expanding

It doesn't scroll on my tablet but it also doesn't expand.
It just starts a new line when it reaches the end.

Additionally, auto repeat doesn't work, when I keep my finger pressed on a 'key'.

Since 1.0, we've had the "elastic" text areas disabled on touch browsers. This is a situation that needed it.

I'm no longer sure why we disabled it. I think it might have been for performance, which is obviously quite different about 4 years later. As such, I'm re-enabling it as part of 1.4 to give it some more testing to see if a reason to disable it again comes up.
