Browser issue Chrome shows scroll icons on the user account menu 'update your status' field

I don't think these are supposed to be there, at least not on load. They don't appear in FF.

No issues here with Win 10 / Chrome 86.

I think I found the issue, I think it's my Windows 10 custom scaling settings in the display settings. When I revert to normal it goes away, but then comes back when I turn scaling back on. Probably not worth messing with.

Yeah, I don't think we'll make any changes to try to account for this at this time. Sometimes scaling like this can create internal inconsistencies within browsers due to rounding issues. There are times when it ends up not being something we can even workaround.
