XF 2.0 Update to version 2.0

If I upgrade to version 2.0 of XenForo, I lose the current design of the forum?

Yes, you will need a new style compatible with XF2.

There will need to be some changes at some point but most things will be roughly the same. If you’re unsure, just ask on the forum.
