Fixed Unread not working

When I click the "View This Thread" button in my subscription emails for XF.com, it does not take me to the first unread post in the thread, it always takes me to the first page of the thread, plus the "Go To First Unread" button is missing.

I've made some changes here and restored a "jump to new" button to handle certain situations. In most scenarios, it shouldn't be needed. The main situation it applies to is an old thread that you haven't visited (or been replied to) within the read marking data lifetime; in that scenario, we have no idea if you read the thread, so we take you to the beginning of the thread. Here the ability to jump to what's considered new could be helpful.

Thank you, appreciate that, we often have a lot of old threads that get commented on so this button is used a lot.
