2.1.10 Patch 2
This will cause to display wrong number of files which have been modified (read: hash does not match with one in hashes.json).

I'll probably go as far as to say this is just something we've not attempted to do, so it's not really a bug.

Does it pose a significant issue? File health checks are run automatically on a periodic basis and if you're attempting to resolve a specific issue with a failed file health check you can run it manually.

Does it pose a significant issue?
Nope :P It's just that after I went on a add-on uninstall spree I was seeing wrong results so I just run file check and it resolved the issue but the uninitiated might have some trouble with connecting dots.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.0 Beta 2).

Change log:
Trigger a file check after an add-on has been uninstalled
There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
