There's a testing tool in your Admin CP under Tools that will provide info as to why it might be failing.
Also, it's useful if you paste the same URL here to see if it works here. It also helps us with troubleshooting (because I don't quite fancy typing that one out manually from your screenshot

Just to get clarification - if the tool in the ACP spits out information - a title, description, and image, then it should unfurl in a post, correct? If it does work in the tool but not in the post, what would the next step in troubleshooting be? I tested the URL in the preview for this post and it worked.

After upgrading to 2.3.2 and then upgrading to PHP 8.3, my unfurls are no longer working. They were working before PHP was upgraded. I checked my forum options and the "Unfurl URL to a rich preview automatically" is checked. In the PHP settings for the server, "allow_url_fopen" is enabled.

I tried that and when I hit run test, it just went to a blank page in the browser and never did anything.

Hmmm, disabling ALL add-ons might take a while! They are all from AndyB. Might try that later tonight. Don't have time at the moment.
