XF 2.1 UNFURL not working?

So the one I just posted worked in a post that was about 5-6 posts prior to the post with the links I posted above that did not work. The difference is that the one that works was posted after the XF update but before the PHP update. The ones not working were posted after the PHP update. There are numerous other links posted after the PHP update and none of them seem to be working.

Even after checking the PHP settings in the WHM for the server and the Cpanel for my domain and making sure both locations show "allow_url_fopen" as enabled, when I run phpinfo for the domain, it shows both the Local Value and the Master Value as "off". Does this affect it? IF so, I can't figure out where I need to make the change to show it as being "On".
