Understanding profile posts

I'm trying out the demo and I would like to understand how profile posts works, what's puzzling me is why on the What's new/New profile post tab, on each page view this number at the end of the URL increases?



Is this normal behavior? Why each page view gets counted in the URL?

It is normal. It's a cache value to ensure consistent results, regardless of filters.
