XF 1.4 Unable to Use Advanced Uploader on Laptop

Not entirely sure if it could be a potential bug, so I'm posting here first.

I can confirm it on XenForo as well; no matter where I click, I always get the basic uploader and can only upload one file at a time:

Do you have Flash installed/enabled on your laptop's browser? The "fancy" uploader is Flash based.

XF code is laptop/PC agnostic so it's going to be something local to your device/OS/browser configuration.

I was wondering why YouTube videos were playing in HTML5 on Firefox by default. I have to manually switch to HTML5 each time I clear my browser data on my desktop because it's not default yet on Firefox -- Flash still is.
