XF 1.4 Unable to Create Threads and View Conversations

At first I thought it was add-on related, but even with all add-ons disabled, I cannot create threads and I cannot view conversations. I can view the conversation list, but not the conversations themselves.

A member also said that he could not view sub-forums earlier, but it seems fine now.

This is the error I am seeing:


While I went to take this screenshot, the create thread form showed up just fine, but then I tried again, and I got the error again, so not really sure what's going on.

Any help will be appreciated.
