XF 1.3 Twitter integration

I read up on the Twitter integration and it mentions that you can check via External something or other.

I can't seen to find that External link with my AdminCP.

Be gentle with me. I new to XenForo.

What the devil does this mean?

I'm trying Twitter integration with XenForo (had to change and start over from a few months ago). Now when I test the integration this comes back.

FYI: I already have Twitter. Do I associate with current Twitter or make new app for XenForo?

Make sure you follow the instructions here: https://xenforo.com/help/twitter-integration/

That error usually means you missed the callback URL part.
