Except one thing, the 47/month is auto checked and can't be unchecked. So, he is basically charging you for the ability to upload your own app. That being said, I guess you could buy it for 1 month and upload it to your own account, then he can't pull it from the store, but yea...Actually the *newest* prices seem reasonable now... with your own Apple Developer account ($99/year), it looks to be a one time $37 fee.

Oh yeah, would most defiantly happen. Wouldn't recommend doing it either lolI suspect a DMCA take down notice will get it pulled... and won't look good for the dev account if it's the only thing published.

Reverted to Yearly Pricing
We've decided to revert back to the yearly pricing scheme that was in place prior to the recent switch to monthly pricing.
Split Extended Support
The yearly apps come with prioritized 1-on-1 support up until both of your apps are published. If you want ongoing 1-on-1 support after both of your apps are published, select the monthly extended support option at checkout. The extended option can be toggled once per year....
This version explicitly creates UTF8 tables so that non-latin characters don't cause error messages, even if the default database configuration is incorrect. Thanks for reporting @tosalem
