Implemented Turn off See Registered Facebook Friends

Would like a way to turn this off via AdminCP (but keep the Recommended threads). This is mostly a privacy thing, especially for smaller boards.

Indeed, a lot of people like to keep their personal and online lives separate. There's the option of dissociating the facebook and forum account, but then you lose the convenience of login. Ideally, I think there should be an option where users can sign up with facebook, but not have their name show up if they don't want it to but I'm not sure if that's possible. So an option to turn off the widget would be sufficient in the case of privacy concerns.

I put in the option earlier today, though I suspect it's relatively trivial to find out if any of your Facebook friends have registered with a particular Facebook application through Facebook itself.
