Duplicate Treat profile posts as threads when it comes to alerts

For example if you commented on a profile post then you get an unstoppable flow of alerts like:

user1 also commented...
user2 also commented...
user3 also commented...

It would be better if only receive a single:

user1 commented on profile post... there might be more comments...

So this way if you ignore the alert then you aren't going to receive more alerts for the same content.
