I don't have anything important per se to ask or discuss, but I always wondered what their full stance was on vBulletin 4. According to some sites, you guys left Internet Brands around the time that vB4 was being developed. When 4 finally came out, did you guys approve of it in the state it came out as? Does it have issues you guys knew about but most if not all users didn't know about?

Ultimately though, I guess the whole thing is moot now since XF is now comfortably at the same feature level as vB4, if not moreso.

I don't think Mike and Kier will comment (much) on this as they might not even be allowed to do so, as you might know there was a lawsuit between Internet Brands and XenForo.

That being said: Yes, vBulletin 4 did and does have issues, especially related to search and it was pretty much common sense within the Pre-Beta Test Group that the software was way below expected standards when Internet Brands pushed to get it released.

I am happy I left before Jelsoft was acquired by iB
