Duplicate Title Auto-Capitalize Feature Bugs

1) When you type a phrase in quotes, it forces a lower case first letter, but only on the first word. Example:

User Types: Does anyone here use the "Rate Thread" feature?
System Changes: Does Anyone Here Use The "rate Thread" feature?

Editing the thread title to capitalize the "r" is ignored, and its forced lower case.

2) It does the same thing when parentheses are used.

3) When you type consecutive capital letters, it decapitalizes all except the first letter. While I realize its one-track-minded goal is to make sure the first letter is always capitalized, the act of changing the case on any letter other than the 1st letter seems like something that shouldn't happen.

The code utilises a built in PHP function named "ucwords" and this is just how that function works.
