I have hundreds or resources, but when I go to /whats-new/resources/ I see only one.

Is the time for "new" set somewhere or is it based on some other factor?

What is Read marking data lifetime set to in ACP -> Options -> Threads, discussions and conversations.

You likely need to increase it.
