Tickets: Help Desk and Knowledge Base [Paid] 2.9.2

No permission to buy ($60.00)
A small issue:
When upgrading from XF1 to XF2.3 (Tickets version 2.8.1) , then Category 1 is renamed to Example category and category options, prefixes and field settings are lost.

A small issue:

This is fixed in the next version, thanks! Future XF1 to XF2 upgrades won't experience this.

  • Add category option to alert email addresses when a ticket is opened in that category.
  • Add priority option to alert email addresses when a ticket is opened with that priority.
  • Add ability to set business hours. Use this with notices to communicate that replies may be delayed out of hours.

  • Allow staff users to set a separate signature for help desk replies.
  • Display open and total ticket counts on the category list when viewing the ticket queue.
  • Add a style property to toggle how ticket counts should be displayed on the category list.
  • Fix not being able to delete attachments from ticket messages.
  • Fix not being able to unlock locked tickets from the ticket edit page.
  • Fix anonymised staff replies would cause the first message of a ticket to be indexed as...

can information about the knowledgebase be added to the overviews (including screenshots).etc

Neither of these locations have good information.


seems like quite a great feature but new potential buyers can't get details easily.

Even a link to a DEMO of the knowledgebase would be useful.
