I'm able to upload videos however the thumbnail is not being created
it displays like this
Can you run ffmpeg -version from the command line and let me know the output, please?

Hyper fast Audio and Video encoder
It doesn't look like a very old version based on the copyright date.
That said, easiest thing to do may be to update it.
Easiest way to do that is to update ffmpeg from one of the static builds downloaded from this page:
FFmpeg Static Builds
I've just tested this documentation at their wiki and it works fine for me, if you prefer to build things from source yourself:
How to quickly compile libx264 – FFmpeg
How to quickly compile FFmpeg with libx264 (x264, H.264) – FFmpeg
Currently working on upgrading ffmpeg
2. Icons not showing properly what could be causing this?
updated ffmpeg to 2.7.2 and I'm getting the same thing
update: resolved I had to change to ffmpeg path to /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
The icon issue still the same though
where would i go to check for the player icons. they still not displaying on the videos
Looking at your site, it appears you need to copy the new parts from the XF images (the videojs directory specifically) to your custom style.
thanks mike. that did the trick
