I installed the media gallery add on a couple of days ago, and two of my members pointed this out to me right away. It does this on every upload that is on the forum so far. I tried the rebuild option for the add on, but that did not fix the issue.
Here are examples of what I am seeing:
Thumbnail (correct thumbnail and correct name to go with image I uploaded)
When I click on thumbnail (Correct name but incorrect image - this image is something that was uploaded by someone else)
