XF 1.5 Thread starter immune from post moderation?

Is it possible to make the thread starter immune from having their posts in a thread moderated, in a forum node where 'Moderate replies posted in this forum' is enabled?

Would it be possible to code this as an add-on, or is that beyond the scope the of add-on engine?
