I don´t know if this should go here or to the suggestions:
One of our forums is used so that people can leave orders there. (like: can you install this car part for me or i need someone to update my website). We use table prefixes to easily differ different lines of work.
What would help us alot is that if someone adds a table prefix like "Car repair", a notification would come to certain peoples email that handle that line of work. Is this possible?
We are a school and our students and teachers should answer to these. Now that this service has just started, people don´t check the forum too often and response time is huge because of that.
