XF 1.5 Third point release/upgrades

Is there ever a database changed in a 3rd point release? I'm going from 1.5.2 to 1.5.14

I switching servers and need to know if I can use the last database backup from 1.5.2 with 1.5.14 already installed in the new server.

You should be prompted to run the upgrade script if the files on the server are a later version than the database.
