I have removed a lot of the recent posts from this thread.
As per the first post, the criteria for being added to the list is the forum must have a minimum of 500,000 posts and be running XenForo.

Posting sites illegally using copies of XenForo software will also see the post being deleted and possible action being taken against the member doing so.
