Is there a way to convert the post thanks/like from the vbulletin plugin "DBTech Post Thanks/Like" to the XF built in thanks/like feature?

There isn't anything like this built-in (the core importers do not import any add-on data). There may be an add-on or unofficial way to import the data, but it's not something I could comment on (and it wouldn't be a supported action).
