[TH] Social Groups [Deleted]

There is an overhead to nodes, mostly because of the way the forum list page works (and permission calculation tables, but that's not really a run time cost). The forum list page retrieves and displays information from all nodes. If you ditched or significantly changed that page, you'd likely reduce the overhead.

So they're not free, no.

I tried browsing the past 30-40 minutes for someone else with this error and can not seem to find any threads similiar, so sorry in advanced if this was a past issue that as fixed.

When I disabled the add-on I was able to create a Resource.

Ok I am going to try that now, but just out of curiosity before I go and post a comment. I kind of get a similar error for [Tinhte] XenTag and when disabling it removes the error. You wouldn't happen to know if I need to do the same with that add-on, too?

Can you pls add s option that I can use the Social Group as category?

I have this Elements:

I want replace the "English - Unhinged" categorie with all featuers of the social group but still the style of the normal category. Like a normal categorie with the sidebar and the options of the social group.
It would be awesome if you add this :)
 
I'm a little confused about what you are asking for. Do you mean you want Social Forums to have the ability to have multiple sub-forums like a category?
 
I have one forum for 3 minecraft servers and the staff and players are not the same on the servers. The players should see who are staff on the servers, thats why I want to use your addon.
This is the normal page to the forum of one server:

I want that the category "English - Unhinged" has the options and the sidebar of the social group.

This is the group but I can only creat threads and cant add catogeries via the adminCP.
By the way the social group isn't shown in the adminCP.

Can you understand it now?
 
Found a bug. ok so say I have a social group in a category. Now lets say I want to delete this category and move all child nodes to another category. social group errors out and does not let me. but if I go to move that social group by itself to the other category it works perfect. Jut figured I'd give you a heads up.

I think he means he wants to add his current category and forum nodes as child's to one of his social groups.

No. I want a social group where I can add categories and not only new threads.

Are there any conflicting plugins that you know of?
 
Heya @Waindigo there's one minor annoying thing but surely easy fixable, how to make the profile social groups tab not show if the user is not in any group?

How can I reject a request to join social forum?

I have the neccessary permission, but can't find the button to say "no" to a join request...

Has anyone found a good way to stop word censoring in the social groups, seen a few addons but thought i would ask rather than trial and error :)
 
Any status on the issue of getting social group nodes to show on the forum index by chance?
