Implemented Text Editor: More lighter colors/color wheel

I think the color selection should have more brighter colors like red and green. Also I think there could be a color wheel.

It seems like Redactor has a colour palette that is much easier on the eyes (and looks much nicer too IMO). I'd like both.

I can not see any "color palette" when switching to "BB Code Editor".
Where is it ?
