So put it behind a httpd access and disable all registration functions correct

Copying the entire XF directory seems overkill for testing. I don't need all the post's attachments, or any of the live cache for example. What are the bare min folders needed? Has anybody scripted a purge or copy script?

Just create new empty data and internal_data directories for the test site.

I've got it copied to a subdomain, and I'm still getting a redirect back to the live site. Admin is a blank page.

.htaccess is clean

I've updated..
board title

homePageUrl
proxy
conical

fields.

No redirects in cPanel.

Any other fields or files to look at?
