Lack of interest Template History Link Text

Something I noticed when expanding the history while editing a template, was that the 'View History' link did not change to something like 'Hide History' after it had been expanded. It's not really that important - but I thought I'd point it out .

It's not really something that we're even trying to do, so it's more of a suggestion to do it here (none of our toggle links of that method would change).
