Hey guys, any way to change thread prefixes using tapatalk? Thanks
Out of curiosity, what makes you want to limit TT to certain usergroups? For TapaTalk with vB, you could put a setting in the config file restricting access to certain user groups.
I, perhaps very stupidly, just assumed this also worked under XF and never actually tested it when I migrated.
I've now found out that it apparently doesn't work, and XF's version of TapaTalk does not do a core functionality that it did under vB. And I see no reason why it shouldn't.
Please visit http://support.tapatalk.com/threads/designating-tapatalk-permissions.15875/ and show your support if you think it's some TT should include, post haste, into the XF plugin.

Thanks, would be nice if it displayed the prefix on the thread list too, at the moment you have to go into the post to see what the prefix isNope, not yet. Hopefully soon.
Nice! Can't wait to get this installed a little later this afternoon.Try Tapatalk on my 3 forums and see how you like it.

What version of TT are you running? I'm on TT 1.4.0not I
I have the option to host attachments on TapaTalk disabled, they're being hosted on my own server.Where are you sending attachments? Back to your server, or hosted with Tapatalk?
BTW, there's a good thread on the Tapatalk forums started by Shawn from DigitalPoint that talks about how the Tapatalk app likely conflicts with a lot of other add-ons. They're overwriting functions rather than extending. It's supposed to be fixed in the next version.
1.5 is the current version. I'm in discussion with Winter over on their forum to allow me to keep the RM updated with the latest version and see if I can offer what little help here that I am able. If I can't figure it out I have pretty good luck getting either Winter or Jayeley involved. What version of TT are you running? I'm on TT 1.4.0
Anyone tested the new 1.51 version?
