Quick question, prune works fine and I dump the shouts into an archive thread. I have created a shoutbot user that posts the shouts. But the message count for this user remains at zero . Although on my local host the message count increases for the user as it should. Checked permissions from both the user on my live site and local host, they match, so not sure why on one the message count will increase and on the other it will not. Anything you can think of for me to check? Aesthetically it looks off having the message count at zero in messageuserinfo.

That error is occurring in XF itself or as a result of another addon, as the taigachat line mentioned (7) is simply calling the parent save function

Have you got post counts disabled in the node containing the archive thread?
 
Is there a configuration to not embedd YouTube videos there? Instead have the link, it's breaking the lil shoutbox ;)
