Fixed Tag self on other wall receive an alert

Step 1: Go to another people profile
Step 2: Post an message and tag your name into message
Step 3: Reload page and you receive an alert. {your_name} tagged you in .... on {test_profile}'s message.

I think in the function:

public function alertTaggedMembers(

You should ignore if user tag self
