Two Questions.

1. Is there a hard cap on the number of characters in the "Website Links" "Title" field and if so, how can I increase it?

2. I might be missing something, but what permissions do I have to set and how do I set them to no have the Directory directory visible on my forum home, but still have users allowed to submit links?

I would think don't put the url in were it says Website URL however I could be wrong give it a try..
