Fixed Support for YouTube Shorts URL embedding

I've got users on mobile devices trying to embed YouTube Shorts videos into posts and Xenforo doesn't recognize the URL format.

@JoshyPHP has an amazing free add-on called s9e Media Sites and he has recently added /shorts/ format support too. You might want to check it out.

I think we’ll call this a bug and we’ll tag @Kier in as he was looking at YouTube embeds recently (for playlists etc).

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.6).

Change log:

Support `youtube.com/shorts/{id}` format URLs

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
