Support for Facebook's reel URL embedding

One more new URL type was added on Facebook that is not supported for embedding by XF. XenForo doesn't recognize this format. The links end up getting unfurled instead.

URL format:

this post might have some useful data about this. apparently facebook has been finicky about embed option for their reels. embed option might or might not appear on reels. even if it does, reel might not load in the embedded page. and so on.

It doesn't. As far as the add-on is concerned, everything already loads near-optimally most of the time. Layout shift is more of a usability thing. The browser saves some CPU resources if it doesn't have to needlessly resize those embeds and it may slightly affect low power smartphone, but...
