Typically the sectionFooter class would be accompanied by "overlayOnly" so it would be hidden unless opened as an overlay.
In this case, however, the close button is visible on the page and it doesn't do anything. The close button should probably have the overlayOnly class too. That's certainly true if the overlay is opened and there are no followers.
I notice the list is now paginated via a "More" button (which I think might be quite new) so maybe the entire footer can't be hidden, though one of two things would be useful:
1) Page Nav that can have OverlayTrigger assigned to its links
or
2) Hiding the entire footer and showing normal page nav unless it is an overlay.
