Super Slow Database Import

Hi Guys,
I am having a problem, I am trying to get a database imported and it is taking a very long time. I have tried via phpmyadmin and I have tried via SSH. I have a quad core 32 gig ram 1tb dedicated server. I just got the server a few days ago with a fresh install of centminmod. The database is very small (only about 254 tables) or 120 mb file. Here is some stats, any help would be greatly appreciated...

How long is a "very long time"?

Are you also running raid, or is it a single 1tb drive? I've seen disk io really impact on MySQL import times.
