XF 2.3 Super admin can't view setting

How do you go about viewing the settings for a super admin. When I click the link a full page of settings quickly sets to a minimal view.

Super Admin can do anything, so I presume there are no settings needed.

I could be wrong but I recall seeing a long list of setting on my account. If I click regular admin a list of options appear but not very detailed.

A superadmin is just an admin with all the permissions checked. There is no title difference listed.
