Implemented [Suggestion] Automatically update alerts

Howdy,

I feel the alert notification should automatically update instead of requiring a page refresh. I often have to refresh the page just to see if I have a new alert.

Thoughts?

How about making a single AJAX call on document focus after a certain delay (i.e. refocusing a XF tab) - that would add very little load (less than the inevitable refresh that people do anyway) and people are used to that on Facebook.
