Lack of interest Count a Vote as a Latest Update in Question/Suggestion sort

This could be OPTIONAL.

I think Latest Updates (in the filter bar) should include votes.

Use case: I go to the Suggestions forum here and click Latest Updates. Popular. Newest. And I still don't see my suggestion even though it just got a vote. Because it is new (low vote count) it is buried in the popular (hundreds of votes)... and it's already paginated to page 2 in Latest... so now it's buried but got a vote.

If I click Latest Updates and it got a vote 5 minutes ago I should see it in LU and it should be sorted by that timestamp.

Again this could be optional. Thanks!
