Please add an admin setting to determine how far back we want Popular to go.

Clicking Popular in the filter bar and showing the most votes (for Suggestion) or answers (for Question), ever, can bring up irrelevant and dated content. And Latest is not by vote so you see a lot of zeroes.

Popular results are limited to x days
