Update Alerts before thread is loaded

For example if I'm viewing a thread and step away for a few minutes, when I return I reload the page to see if there are any new replies, currently the Alerts tab would show there are new replies even though I'm looking at those new replies. Ideally before a thread is loaded the software would first check if the alert will be redundant and not show any that would be.

It's annoyed me a few times, I think I have new alerts, but it turns out it's from the page I'm currently looking at (and I've already replied)

My add-on Alert Improvements marks alerts related to viewed posts as read. This includes the auto-load on reply post.
