XF 1.4 Storage Engine Error 188

#1
I'm getting the following error
Zend_Db_Statement_Mysqli_Exception: Mysqli statement execute error : Got error 188 from storage engine - library/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php:214
The Stack trace is different each time, so I know it has to be server side related, as it's hitting multiple sites that are being ran.

I've never see error 188... any input would be awesome!

Can you show an example backtrace?

I popped 188 into "perror" and got nothing on one server and "FTS query exceeds result cache limit" on another which led to: http://blog.zinctech.com/?q=node/78 Is it a full text search query and are you using InnoDB for that table?

Ahh, I wonder if that is an RDS specific error code. You may need to contact Amazon directly for further information on what it means.
