Fixed Spoiler button behaviour when JS is disabled

The <button> element for the spoiler still displays when JS is disabled, and functions as a submit button. We should add 'type="button"' or otherwise hide the button when JS is disabled.

The button itself is actually already hidden when JS is disabled.

Regardless I have added 'type="button"' to the button element so it can no longer trigger any forms to be submitted.
