Fixed Spin Box Issue

When clicking and holding the button (+ or - ) on a spin box the numbers increase and decrease accordingly but if you happen to move the mouse off the button while the action is in progress the numbers keep going even after release of the click. To stop it you have to click either button again.

Yes, I already had it, but I have never reported.

I've fixed this now. As you leave, you'll stop "spinning"; if you return with the mouse held down, it will spin again until you let go.
